Overpopulation:

 Our world population has been drastic since mid of 20 century, when grow of population reach higher than ever and it about 2%. Now the world population is 7 billions and some professor predict that we will reach to 8 billions until 2025. And that now overpopulation was really big problem, people think about it really serious to stop it going on and cause many other problem in future.

  Last month a newly constructed building collapsed in Bangalore, killing 12 people. Approved as a three-storey structure, the builder had illegally added two more, knowing full well he would manage an easy sale of the extra floor space.In Bihar a speeding train ran over 35 people who had strayed onto the tracks. Yet beyond the not-so-obvious, they are all the peripheral outcome of overpopulation.Too many people for too few resources; too many people in city, country and village. Just too many people, period.

  The world also look at  overpopulation as serious and find solution for it but is still big problem for us because everyday the overpopulation still causing hunger, pollution, deforestation,desertification through out the world. Surround the artical is debate about overpopulation in country such as China, should overcome their problem and also it time for us to realize that there are enough limited resources in the world.

  We know that the prediction are just base on the information given and logic say about something in future but beside that with the number of people on earth is 7 billion, the doomsayers are back in business. it's hard to say something is going in one way and not going back, and of course most of prediction about the overpopulation is going wrong because now that population in some countries are going down and other are trying to reduce the grow, so it will be had for world increase another 2 billion in the next 40 years.

 Let have a look at how technology genius and richest men in the world think about this problem, find out how he react to it and what he can do to find solution for it. He and his foundation have done a lot to save people, but now there are another problem that relate to the world. Will he have new idea like he come up with with window on PC.

Basic Human Needs

In my work, I will discuss and have a look at different and similar between two theories from Maslow and Rosenberg.

When I looked at these theories I saw lot of similar point of view about what human need. First, they all mention all what human need such as food, water, sleep,... After list all basic needs of human have enough for, then both theorists mentioned about the safety and protection of human. Finally, is the mentioned things liked the love, self-esteem, autonomy,... all of that known as personal feeling of each human was mentioned in both theories.

There are also lot of different between them, not all theories are complete the same as the other. In the Manslow's theory he only mentioned a few need of human not as much as the Rosenberg's theory, but from that we can see the point of view in Manslow's theory that human not as greedy as in Rosenberg's theory. Manslow's theory goal is try to show the need to reach healthy mental and physical with full of protection in order. While Rosenberg list specific thing must be present to produce motivation, his theory's goal is for motication to be prevailing attitude among individuals.

It is important to note that Maslow's (1943, 1954) five stage model has been expanded to include cognitive and aesthetic needs (Maslow, 1970a) and later transcendence needs (Maslow, 1970b).

Changes to the original five-stage model are highlighted and include a seven-stage model and a eight-stage model, both developed during the 1960's and 1970s.

1. Biological and Physiological needs - air, food, drink, shelter, warmth, sex, sleep, etc.

2. Safety needs - protection from elements, security, order, law, stability, etc.

3. Love and belongingness needs - friendship, intimacy, affection and love, - from work group, family, friends, romantic relationships.

4. Esteem needs - self-esteem, achievement, mastery, independence, status, dominance, prestige, managerial responsibility, etc.

5. Cognitive needs - knowledge, meaning, etc.

6. Aesthetic needs - appreciation and search for beauty, balance, form, etc.

7. Self-Actualization needs - realizing personal potential, self-fulfillment, seeking personal growth and peak experiences.

8. Transcendence needs - helping others to achieve self actualization. 

Ebola Disease

World important issue

  In the world today, there are lot of problems that make people concern and thinking seriously about them such as HIV, cancer, global warming,... but I think the new and most immportant issue occurring in the world today is the ebola disease, it just start to spread in just few month ago in the West of Africa, can spread in very fast  from people to people, it caused thoudsand of dead to people. From now, All everything we know about it is very dangerous disease and there are no cure for it, when people have this disease they can't avoid of dead. This issue really make the government of this country confused because of there are no specific treatment really exist, that make other countries really afraid of the traveler and immigration from Africa  to their countries and ask a question:"when will it come to our country ?" that was really tough question that none of us can answer but government will try their best to avoid as possible the spread of disease. For example, we can do best as checking disease at the airport before going on to airplane, avoid much as possible traveler to less the spread of disease, beaware of travel to area  that have disease or other place that have signs of disease. That all what we can do much for disease.
