Domestic Violence

  When you look at a happy family, you can they are happy, caring and helping each other. Both parent and kid are  happy, but deeper inside and what happening in that family you don't know. It like big ice cube floating on the sea, you can only see 20 percent of what happen but the other 80 percent is really terrible and you don't know, it might be violence and abuse. What we call it is domestic violence.

What is domestic violence is also known as domestic abuse, spousal abuse, intimate apart abuse, battering and family, it seem to have many different name but people all know it have a common is that domestic violence have to deal with violence. By the name we can get  what is it about, it is a pattern of behavior which involves violence or abuse by one person interact on other. It can take different of several form such as physical, emotional, verbal,... it can appear everywhere from developing to developed countries, from poor to rich, from low income to high income. In simple word you can understand that domestic violence is violence act of family member harming on other family member.

  Domestic violence has been a serious problems for a long time. To stop it we must have to know what is it first then we find solution and the best way is that if you're domestic violence victim, you must find contact to police call them or other people who can  really help you. Tell them a story, how is it happen and your well being.


  Most of people always think that children and women are always the victim of domestic violence and they're always the only one being abuse, but sometime men can also the victims of domestic violence. Not all men can can be tough and stand up for themselves, because when you talking about the men, you think about stereo typical model who caring his family and all the family member trust in him. We are people and we are not the same at each other, no one alike other that why we have society. Some men cannot defend themselves, and they fall to be domestic violence victims. Men abuse are more often happen than you think. They faced resource shortage, skepticism from the police and legal barriers.


  Here is my advice, if you do know anyone who is a victim of domestic violence and you do not know what to do, for the love of God, help them if you can! No one deserve to be treat like that. For the greater better world, help the people around you that who are victim. Speak out and do not stay silent because if not you keep is become worst. Not too so far, you can help your family member or anyone in your neighbor.

Orphanage Visit

  Last week, I did not go with my class to visit orphanage and so I cannot able to help these kid. First of all I have to apologize, because I cannot go. On that day I have some family problem and my mom did not allow me to go. But I do ask my friend to share with me what they did, what do they experiences and how they help these people. I heard that they have visited 2 orphanages and 3 old people's home.
  I did not go, so that is big disadvantage for me and I have some regret about it. I do know that this is important thing our class, go outside to do charity work that is great thing that I would do. Nothing can be without prepare, getting donation is first step when do charity. Process started at the beginning of term 2, which was in November. I did call for help in donation, try to organize the competition between the house, so that would give more money in my charity donation. The rule is easy donate money for the losing house, so agressive person will spend all their money in the house that they hate, it like competitive in nature, and I think that was fun competition. It is little bit tricky plan which go against rule that people usually know, but that is for greater purpose.
  After getting donation, the next thing my class do is contact to the local organziation. And I heard that we end up with list of 5 place. We contacted these place and ask to give some help and they agree for us to visit.
  I knew that we did great thing, to me charity mean a lot. Like when you did good thing, you will get good feeling and people will look at you in different ways, especially in good way. Charity to me is the best thing that can do to help people, without it I cannot figure out how to help them. When you did good thing to people and of course people will help back to you. A few year ago, I remember that I have did donation to orphanage, and I havem met with people live their and that said kid here are special, they have sad background stories and they are disable. I have donate food, clothes and book to them, more important that I have came here to play and sing with them. You know how I felt, I felt a lot better in life and when I look back to them, I felt that my life still have a lot lucky than any other people out there.
  When I think about these kid, I felt  alot better in life, my life still beautiful and I love my life. These kid help me change my mind, I got motivation to step in life instead of complaining about it.

Energy and the Environment

  What is energy? Energy is the abilities to do work. Human need energy to do everything such as walk, talk, think, play,... human eat food and from that we can absorb energy. Energy is important to human life, without it we cannot do work just like your phone run out of batteries. There are many different kind of energy such as kinetic energy, potential, chemical, thermal energy, they have different kind of function and occur in different way among us. Also we have different use of energy like renewable and nonrenewable.

  Twenty-first century is the age of energy wars. People are fighting for energy supplies. Oil and natural gas are top most concern, where all the conflict of human come from. However, Energy not only cause conflict, but also the environmental issues. Human are fighting for their gold but also it can also cause their death.

  Oil and natural gas are nonrenewable resources. These are widely exploited and used because they are cheap and easy to find. Look at the name and energy itself we can see that nonrenewable resources are not able to be replace, because it have limit amounts. According to statistics, the remaining oil can be used in 50 years and natural gas can last for the next 75 years. Maybe one day in future when we run out of natural resources, we will live in darkness and there will be chaos. Moreover, the use of renewable energy release can be harmful to the atmosphere, such as green house gas and other dangerous chemicals was release into the air. Nonrenewable energy is both good and bad.

  And the question is asking is that is there a better alternative?
  Renewable energy resources are replenish quickly and can be use again. common renewable energy resources are sunlight, wind, hydroelectric power. Sun give give us a lot of light energy, but it will burn out in the next 6 billion years and it a very long time that we not really care about. Wind is kinetic energy help to turn the turbine and produce electricity. Hydroelectric power dam uses the same principle. These are friendly resources seem to be common but it is usually thing to start both energy war and environment problems. However, these resources have a weak point, we all know that they are free but to build a machines that can use them can be cost a lot. For example, to buy a solar panel system is quite expensive and also fee to set up is high. But once you buy it, you will never care about lack of energy because light energy is plenty and you will get it every morning. Building wind turbine and hydroelectric dam is expensive. Therefore, very few people think to about build these infrastructure.

  How to save energy? This is big question, and I can help you out with that without build expensive infrastructure.
- Unplug seldom-used appliances.
- Turn off computer instead switch to sleep mode.
- Turn off light when going out.
- Turn off A.C when you go out your room.

  Everyday, there are about 2000 thousand tonnes of space junk was destroyed in the atmosphere of the earth, we are lucky because the earth atmosphere is thick and it will burn every small crash or junk, not everything different kind of objects from outerspace will fall to hit us but that is small junk what if a bigger objects like meteor or an asteroid will likely  to fall the earth and guess what, our atmosphere will not thick enough to burn all of that but it will directly fall to the earth and make an explosion. Everything will die, mankind will be extinct, not only us but also there are many different animals live on earth will have the same fate.

  Like millions year ago, back to the time when dinosaurs still exist on earth and that is very long time where technology and science are not even exist, so people and dinosaurs still not predict, to see what will hit the earth from outer space. Then, one day when dinosaur do what they usually do and something like big giant fireball falling from sky, then it split into many different fireballs in different size. Dinosaur don't what is it but it can hurt them, so they have no choice except to run for their life but it was too late for them, there are no escape from the apocalypse. Imagine the same thing will happen with us, we still have nothing much to do, hide and run there are only two options.

  Now, science and technology was developing than ever to make our life better and to prevent any problem that we have never face before. But it seem too me there are not much we can do. I think one of the best thing we can do right now is looking forward for the future, because what happen to the dinosaurs is terrible and it will happen against, why not? everything could be possible. Build a safe tunnel under earth like a house, fill it with full and put everything you need in there so that what I recommend for you. Another thing is that this could be crazy but back to years ago, I have watch movie name "armageddon"  it is science fiction movie but it really true about future, that a big meteors the same size with the one in big big theory hit the earth and human are standing on the edge of extinction. So what they do is send a group of misfit team who never going to space to do driller to plant a nuclear bomb inside a core of the meteor and they success, the earth is same. I think that is plan that we could do if we have the same problems.

 What defined people? Their race or skin color? I think no matter what people are black or white, people we human and we live together in the world (planer earth), have the same body structures, breath with the in the same air and rowing up normally, so there are no ways that you can judge someone base on their race or skin colors.

  Racism is the belief that characteristics and abilities can be distributed to people simply on the basis of their race and that some racial groups are superior to others. Racism and discrimination have been used as powerful weapons encouraging or hatred of others in times of conflict and war, and even during economic downturns. ( according to globalissues.org).

  Where does this belief came from? Well, it called Xenophobia is one natural factor. People are afraid of who are different from them (different skin, hair, and actions).
  Another factor is the history of colonization. The first time when European came to Africa, they tried to steal everything materials, people and land. That is darkest time for Africa and it's called Scramble for Africa. European have changed Africa into their colonized, black slaves was sole for other countries. But that time was gone, Africa have gained their freedom, but the idea of colonizing is still exists in the modern world as an excuse for white people to classify themselves as highest species.

  Just for few month ago, there are stereotypes about relationship between police and African-American, people especially African-American really got angry about this, they doing protest against government and if you usually read newspaper you will know this story it's called "2014 Ferguson Unrest" is all about conflict when police shooting a young African-American Micheal Brown. And here is interesting that Brown was a suspects for robbery committed before he got shot. People think that the action of police officer was too much and it young boy are not worth to got shot. Now police is facing heavy criticized from people and they are making the way out of it.

  If you are a victim of racism, what should you do?
1. you can report that to someone who has authority because racism is allow to exist.
2. You need to stay calm and relaxed.
3. Ignore could be good move because the more angry you are, the more racism is on you.
  What not to do:
1. Become angry and fight back heavily.
2. Depressed and thinking too much about it.
