1) How people improve technology and make it available to everyone ?

- Improve science and math education for all students.
-  Analyze and inform policymakers and the public about the impact of proposed rules and funding decisions.
- Enhance international relations and security through collaboration and science diplomacy.- Help scientists and engineers effectively engage with non-scientists.
- Provide career guidance and enhanced diversity in science and technology fields.
2) There arethree things that I have learn about while looking at the site:
- Paralyzed rat movement by computer to help spinal Implant. 
- Use electronics to restore fluid, realistic movements to paralyzed animals. 
- Using an implanted device that stimulate their spinal cords, a technique called epidural stimulation.

What is technology ? Simple, It is the application of scientific knownlegde for practical purpose, especially in industry. In other word, we can say that technology is the use of science to serve and help human ( Communication, security, transportation, entertainment, etc.). So, does it good or bad as the machine help human a lot ? Not quite, advanced technology is a sign for human intelligence and also laziness of human. People who were born with car, computer, microwave, smartphone, instant food, etc. are people who have oppotunities to become lazier that people who are born on farm with cow and sheep. If you have smart phone and use to text for people, what is the point of writting? If you have a car, you will drive instead of walk so who will be walking ? If you have instant noodle, you will be lazy to cook real food. People start to loose their abilities and skills due to the growing of technology. Writting help you to remember vocabularies longer, walking which is good for your health to strengthening your leg, cooking is an important skills to survive because food are not always available for you to cook so you cook by yourselves. For example in the movie named "Wall-E", technology grown up than ever people became fat and always sit on the electronic chair, The effect is that they cannot even move and let the robot take control everything, also the communication was lost between human. As the technology upgrade, human degrade.



Advanced technology created were much more dangerous than problems. Human start to use technology in everything especially in nuclear and more specific in nuclear, scientists seem really like to discover about this and they archieved lot invention, especially in nuclear weapon. Some people predicted that in near future there will be nuclear war which is result of advanced science. Like internet piracy is a reult of advance computer science. As the technology become stronger and powerful weapon we need to get risk of  cause conflict. I guarantee if we don't think about this problem now and found solution for Nuclear war, it come to us quickly.

What are solution? As I have discuss try to get risk of cause conflict is basic idea to get risk of this technology innovation. The solution are not specific, but It rather determined on the purpose of using technology and completely depend on techonology. Tried to get out sign of the computer, smart phone and go travel, hang out with friends also could help people back to their normal life.

Letter To Pirate Bay Founder

Dear to the founder of Pirate Bay,

  I'm student of international school in Vietnam. I write this letter to support what are you did, everything you did for me and other people are great, I'm really appriciate for your sharing of goods all around the world and it help me saving alot of money.

  You guy like genius when created website Pirate Bay when came up with an idea of sharing files and stuffs on the Internet. It help many people who can't afford to buy or spend money, as you know that in this time we need to use money wisely, must think carefully before we spend and try to not randomly use money stuff that we don't really. I know that look little bit silly when other people call you are thieves or hacker when upload those file on Internet, because you took it from other people? but that just don't make any sense, to me that is good thing to do for us one who really afford that much of money. I know that some of the product are worth to buy, with high quality and which is really good, but some other products are just not worth any penny to buy but cost really high, for that kind of product it must be use for free. You guy make producer open their eye of the way seeing the world, really nobody want to buy album on disc shelves anymore, people just want to store it in their computer, so pleas help yourself out to find the way satisfice people in the way using your production. For that artist who making music and sell it in the albums, please notice that we are don't really want to buy your album and keep it forever but now what we want store it in our computer, so we can listen whenever we want so that why we download it from Pirate Bay, please say thanks to founder of Pirate Bay for the way help you guy seeing the world in different way instead sue them for your copyright.

  I think i have to stop here and the last thing I want to say is that please remember that you guy are great and strong man to fight against everybody, everything you did is right nothing wrong with it and that the way use your talent to help other people. Believe me that you guy inspired lot of people while you are doing your. The way you guy seeing the world are different than other people, you guy just help people but I think what you get is our love for Pirate Bay, I will always support you guy.

Piracy

 Piracy is the act of robbery and stealing something from someone.

 In the acient time, there are pirates is group of people have weapon, ride on big ship and attack on other ship on sea, and their purpose is to steal or killing people. Well known as robber of the sea.

That is in long time ago, but now we live in the modern age, when the technology developed more than ever and we can't imagine how far will it go in the future. Computer are now the place where we got rob, more specific is on the internet and now we have hacker who are professional computer users, they know how to know how to use computer than anyone else and therefore they try to steal informations, money, copyright of companies. The most popular hacker group now is Anonymous.

So why piracy are important issues? Imagine that one day when you access to some websites on the Internet, but you don't know it is dangerous site and then one day your computer in the target of hacker, they steal your private data and post it on the Internet how do you feel right now? The musician spend their time and work hard in studio to produce one high quality production, that require lot of work, thinking and creativity, was they agreed to let you go ahead and steal it? Then post it on the Internet to share with everybody. Same with movies that haven't come out in cinema but already was posted on some websites for free to watch, was they able to watch it again and then come to cinema to spend their money for sticket and popcorn? It's like the problem when you are doing homework, then someone steal your notebook and share with other classmate and the what you get at the end. Piracy or stealing in general is not good at all.

What is the solution for this ? 

1. Let the customer decide whether to pay or not. If they decide to not to pay make that product have lowest quality as possible, then they will see the other way will be worth to pay.

2. There are  other way for artist to get money from Internet instead of selling albums like in the past. That is now create channel on youtube like Vevo, the artist was payed for copyright before it was published worldwide to everyone, it will give benefit to both users and artist.

Finally, I just want to say that we need to have use strong and very strict to people who involve in piracy,  even the solutions above still not very strong, just use to get rid of piracy as possible. Piracy cannot be eliminate directly because the hacker are too good they will soon other way to break through any barriers. The only way to stop piracy is to eliminate it motivation.

  I just took a political compass test , which is has no right or wrong answer, the reason why you are taking test is to decide what is your personalities.

This is politcal compass test. The horizontal line is economic: left( communism) to right( liberalism). The vertical line is social scale: from up( fascism) to down( anrchism). Name in the compass is named of famous politicians, each side of compass decide what characteristics they have. When I took this test, I just try my best to answer bunch  of multiple choices question. I have to decide whether "Strongly agree" or "Agree" and " disagree"or " Strongly disagree". The language they used in the test are more like in speech of politicians.

There are 3 questions that I have to answer after took the test:

1) Do you think the question are fair and valid ?

 I do think so question are fair and valid, most of it are cover many part in politic and social (Drugs, trade, military, etc.)

2) Do you think that the test gave an accurate representation of the person or character that you entered data for ?

 From now I'm not sure for that because after taking the test I have to do research on internet about what I got, It little right but not completely right, so I think test are not accurate.

3) How could this test help to make predictions over how a government or politician will approach a problem ?

  Each question in this test gives me clue of how a politician approaches a problem. for example if in the situation was mentioned them, they will appoarch problem to solve.

I'm a authorian left, I have both fascism and communism.

I have do a research about income of people around the world and I found lot of interesting facts first is that top 300 richest people in the world net worth are more than 300,000,000 poorest. Second is top richest 2% have more than half of the world wealth. Third is the bottom 80% of people only worth 6% of world wealth. Just my thinking about these fact that kind unfair to those who are poor people work hard everyday to earn few money, while other rich have plenty of money to enjoy their life.

This unfair happen all time even in long time ago, time when king have all authority to control people and force them to do whatever he want, we can say that he robbed from people to bring benefits for him. People work very hard on field and just get robbed by king stayed in castle and didn't do much to help. The king live base on work of his people, without them he have nothing.


But now we lived in modern time, where people got paid fair for what they did base on education that they have. That easy way to understand how people was paid, the high are education such as CEO of company have high income because of their job take lot of thinking and brain work which is require seriously think and wise decision. They worth lot of money with higher income but that for job require higher education. At low education, they have to do a work which require lot of physical and hard work, even if they work for 12 hours a day and still don't have enough money to take care of life.

In my opinion, I'm not believe that there are any specific cause for income equality in the world. Life are tough and not always beautiful, It is unfair and so don't reget for what you deserve. All what I know is that some people just get better luck than other. But I do believe that there are always solution for any problems.

For now the solution is :

- Give tax higher for rich people than poor people,

- Support social services: Free education, Free healthcares.

- Give children education so that they will not regret in future.

WTO - World Trade Organization:

 The World Trade Organization - The international organization whose primary purpose is to open trade for the benefit of all countries. Establish in 1 January 1995, in Geneva Switzerland and there are 160 member Joined in this organization. Vietnam Joined WTO lately in 11 January 2007.

It function is:

- Administering WTO trade agreedment.

- Forum for trade negotiations.

- Handling trade dispute.

- Monitoring national trade policies.

- Technical assistance and trainning for developing coutries.

- Cooperate with other international organization.

  The WTO was born out of negotiations and everything the WTO does is the result of negotiations. The bulk of the WTO's current work comes from the 1968-1994 negotiations called the Uruguay Round and earlier negotiations under the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT). 

Over 60 years, WTO and its predecessor organization GATT have help to creat a strong international trading system, thereby contributing to global economic growth never have like before.

 The goals of WTO is to guilding principle remain the pursuit of open borders, guarantee of most favoured nation principle and non-discriminatory treatment by and among members. Opening national markets to international trade, with justifiable expections or with adequate flexibilities, will encourage and contribute tosustainable development, raise people's welfare, reduce poverty and foster peace. 

More specific the main activities of WTO are:

- Negotiating the reduction or elimination of obstacles to trade and agreeing on rules governing the conduct of international trade.

- Administering and monitoring the application of the WTO's agreed rule for trade in goods, trade in services, and trade related intellectual property rights.

- Monitoring and reviewing the trade policies of our members, as well as ensuring transparency of regional and bilateral trade agreements.

- Settling disputes among our members regarding the interpretation and application of the agreements.

- Building capacity of developing country government officials in international trade matters.

- Assisting the process of accession of some 30 countries who are not yet member of the organization.

- Conducting economic research and collecting and disseminating trade data in support of the WTO's other main activities.

- Explainning and educating to the public about the WTO.

The IMF - International Momentary Fund:

The IMF works to foster global growth and economic stability. It provides policy advice and financing to members in economic difficulties, also works with developing nation to help them achieve success and reduce poverty. Establish about 60 years ago, formally created in 1945 after the World War II, now there are 188 countries around the world have involve in the organization. The IMF has played role in shaping the global ecnomy since the end of World War II.  

After the second World War ends, the consequence it left behind is the Great Depression of the 1930s, countries' economic falling by raising barriers to foreign trade, mission to rebuilding national economic begin. The IMF is charged with overseeing the international monetary system to ensure exchange rate stability and encouraging members to eliminate exchange restrictions.

The IMF function is to help ensure stability in the international system and does it in 3 ways:

- Keep tracking of the global economy and the economies of member countries.

- Lending to countries with balance of payments difficulties.

- Giving pratical help to members like techical assistance or trainer for developing countries.

The IMF supports it's member by providing:

- Policy advice to governments and central banks based on analysis of economic trends and cross country experiences.

- Research, statistics, forecasts, and analysis based on tracking of global, regional, individual economic and markets.

- Loans to help countries overcome economic difficulties.

- Concessional loans to help fight poverty in developing countries.

- Technical assistance and training to help countries to improve the management of their economies.

Origianal goal:

- Prpvide a forum for cooperation on international monetary problems.

- Facilitate the growth of international trade, promoting job creation, economic growth and poverty reduction.

- Promote exchange rate stability and an open system of international payments.

- Lend countries foreing exhange when they need, to help them address balance of payment system.

Both of the organization are great and help to break the obstacle border between countries and promote the international trade, creat job, lend money, promote economic of the world to unlimited growth, for only reason reduce the povery of every countries.
