Health Care
Health care is one of important need of people now, as people live in modern world and go to work everyday which is easy to make we feel sick and tired, then they will need health care to provide medicine, service to take care of them. Especially, in developed contries the number of old people are high, so they will need health care than ever to take care of them. When you heard about health care it sound like very important thing in our life but do we all know what is health care? Health care is diagnosis, treatment and prevent disease, illness, injury and other mental or physical impairment of human beings. Health care goal is to make people feel better, that bring happy to people life and make their life last longer.
But not all the countries are having the same model of health care system, the model of health care developing countries are different than developed countries for some reason but I believed that to provide good and suitable to their countries. There are 4 models of health care system around the world. First one is Beveridge Model which is available in Great Britain, it do have single payer model, many hospitals own by government, with low cost per capita, mostly government-employed physicians, little choice of physician, no-co payment but long waiting list. Second is Bismarck Model, with multipayer model, private hospital and used by Japan, Getmany, France, etc. In public insurance healthcare fund taken from monthly salary, stress-fund and simple administration, patient pay 10% of medication, and in private insurance have complicated application with no waiting. The third is National Health Insurance Model, have with both private-sector provider and government- run insurance with low price and was used by Canada, Taiwan. Also have 2 types which is public healthcare and private healthcare, in public healthcare it have public administration (non-profit), all health care service are insure, all patients will treat the same healthcare, people used to be residents still get health care and reasonable to access, while in private health care system was offer as part of employee package, supplement to public healthcare. The forth and last one is Out of Pack Model, people pay by themselves and available in developing countries such as India, Africa. Healthcare system are weak, mostly insured and rely on international aid.
As we look at closely to the health care system of each countries, we can see it have general rule that could apply to any countries, that in developed countries have high quality health care system and in developing countries have low quality health care system. And I believed that there are no solution for poor countries in this case, except receiving international aid until government can handle problem in their own countries.
I'm have question what is the best health care right now in developed countries? I choose to compare fairness between Bismarck Model (Germany) and Obamacare (United State), also known as humaneness. It will be unfair to people who are actually "Can Work" and "Don't Work" are paid and treat the same way, I myself feel a bit upset for those who work hard. However, it will be inhumane if people who "Can't Work" to afford insurance are ignored. I think the best solution is in the middle: a combination of fairness and humane. People who can work but don't have a job should be given a certain amount of years (10 years after 18). After that, they have to pay for themselves if they are still unemployed. They are given a chance, it is up to them and how they gonna use it. It have both fair and humane. In conclusion, there are no idea will this solution will work or not, but I think it might be work in future.

You showed the different models that countries use for their health care system. Comparing them and showing their flaws would give you insights to how to solve the problems. You should check your grammar. Overall this is a good blog, but some tweaks are required to augment your persuasiveness.
